All dishes are made from the freshest ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible. Signature dishes are served in our signature bùlas, based on a traditional highland pot. It’s a unique eating experience - as the lid comes off the bùlas and you are consumed by enticing and delicious aromas!

Bùlas Bar has a stylish, contemporary atmosphere but maintains the important tradition of the roaring log fire. Unwind over a glass or two from our fine selection of wines, beers and excellent single malt whiskies. Food is also served daily in the Bar.

The wood-panlled Lounge offers spectacular views of the Lochs and mountains and the Old Libray lends itself to quiet relaxation and also available for private dining.
