All three of our meeting rooms, The Drawing Room, The Old Library and The Study, offer natural daylight, ground floor access and multi-media projection. The Drawing Room also offers ISDN connection and can seat up to 70 theatre and banquet style.

We recognize that no two events are the same, but the dedication and commitment of our experienced staff will ensure you won't have to worry about a thing as we help you plan your event right down to the very last detail.

Although we have a range of rooms full of character, each meeting and event room has the same features:

• High-speed internet access
• Flip chart and pens
• Stationery box
• Speaker phone
• Data projector

We even have our own preferred suppliers for all Audio Visual requirements, including set
design and sound systems.

Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked with each room set up and available 30 minutes before your meeting or event. When you arrive at the hotel, your dedicated member of staff - available all day long - will meet you to run through all the details. They'll confirm what's been booked and organize any last minute changes or additional requirements. Then it's the simple things like agreeing the preferred method of communicating of any messages on the day

The perfect package for all day meetings, includes your dedicated events contact on the day , complimentary newspaper in the room, fruit basket, meeting room hire, flipchart stand and pad, use of the hotels multi- media projection and complimentary Wi-Fi , organisers tool kit , direct dial telephone (with data port), your choice of meeting lay-up, still and sparkling chilled mineral water, sweets, tea and coffee on arrival, two course hot and cold buffet lunch with coffee, unlimited tea and coffee with arrival mini bacon butties , cookies and British cakes at tea time

Overnight Delegate Rates from £125.00 per person

Includes all elements of the day delegate, plus a three course dinner with coffee (based on our daily menu), overnight single accommodation and full traditional breakfast

Weekend Packages

Weekend 24 Hour Residential Package £99.00 per person

Enjoy great discounts of up to 50% at the weekends, and delegates are welcome to invite their partners, and up to 2 children aged 15 years and below, to stay for free when sharing their room.

Weekend 8 Hour Delegate Package £25.00 per person

If you're not looking to stay over but still looking at a weekend conference then we can offer a discounted day delegate package, as above but with 50 per cent discount.

Lounge meetings

When a private room is unnecessary but you still need somewhere to meet up and discuss business- then a warm welcome and tempting refreshments await you in our Whittle Bar and Lounge area.
