The Brownsover Hall Hotel has banqueting suites suitable for a variety of wedding celebrations, from the more intimate parties right up to the larger wedding breakfasts and receptions. Whatever the size and style of your event, our Wedding Coordinator can help you choose the suite that is right for you. Our high standards of food and service have established us as one of the region's best known wedding venues.

We have two suites from which to choose for your ceremony, wedding breakfast, and evening reception; including the spectacular Sir Gilbert Scott Restaurant with it's high carved ceiling and leaded window, elegantly decorated in rich gold and reds, for up to 80 guests (maximum sit down) and 130 guests (evening).

The Library and The Study are other private rooms that can hold up to 25 guests and are perfect for smaller intimate receptions, both with delightful views of the hotel grounds. The Drawing Room, where Sir Frank Whittle worked on his plans for the jet engine, with its large bay windows and tastefully decorated deep reds and greens, is ideal for civil ceremonies and wedding celebrations.

Winter Weddings.
For a relaxing and cosy feeling to our unique setting, winter weddings are a speciality of ours. Your day will be warm and welcoming, starting with your welcome drinks being served beside our roaring log fire. Your ceremony can be decoratively lit with sparkling atmospheric lighting before your wedding breakfast is served on tables adorned with flickering candelabras. We also offer a special winter menu to complement the whole day.

Civil Ceremonies
Why not actually hold your wedding ceremony at the hotel? Brownsover Hall is one of the few hotels in Rugby licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies, enabling you to hold your marriage ceremony and reception under one roof.

There are minimum numbers of 50 adult guests for your wedding breakfast and 100 adults for your evening buffet for Saturday Weddings May-September and December. The Room Hire charge applies to all wedding receptions.
