Why not actually hold your wedding ceremony at the hotel? The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel, Warwickshire,holds a civil service license to enable you to hold your marriage ceremony and reception under one roof. Please contact the registrar direct to organise the official civil arrangements for the ceremony.
There are two private rooms from which to choose for your ceremony, wedding breakfast, and evening reception; including the spectacular Hampton Suite for up to 130 (maximum sit down) & 170 in the evening-
The Hampton Suite with its original beams & brick work stands separately from the main hotel building. Originally, the hayloft dates back to the 16th Century, The Hampton Suite is completely self-contained with its own private bar and dance floor.
The Pheasant Room is suitable for the more intimate party seating up to 30 guests. This is a cosy traditional country oak beamed room.
The Carvery Restaurant is also available for wedding breakfasts during the day up to 5pm for 80 sit down.

Whether your wedding reception is a small intimate occasion or a large traditional gathering, we have experience in organising traditional ceremonies and receptions through to modern themed occasions.
If you have dreamt of a traditional wedding from the Toastmaster to a formal wedding breakfast and evening buffet, our beautiful Hampton Suite will provide the ideal setting.
If you are one of the growing couples who are deciding to marry abroad but still want to share your celebrations with your family and friends when you return, or if you are looking for an informal celebration, we have introduced a new specially designed choice of themed buffets for you. So if you married abroad we can host an evening celebration with a buffet menu themed to reflect your special day.
We can offer something unique and special with a beautiful elegant setting and that extra personal touch to create an intimate atmosphere in one of our smaller private rooms. We can offer an a la carte menu choice for these special occasions.
For a relaxing and cosy feeling to our unique setting, winter weddings are a speciality of ours. Your day will be warm and welcoming with the decoratively lit ceremony sparkling with atmospheric lighting to the wedding breakfast where your tables can be adorned with flickering candelabras. We will also offer a special winter menu to complement the whole day.
Civil Partnership Ceremonies
We understand that just as every couple is unique so is every ceremony. We are able to offer many options for civil ceremonies.
At The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel we combine the individual charm of the original farmhouse. The Bride and Groom can relax at the end of your special day in our romantic bridal suite, complete with a four poster bed. We are confident it will provide the perfect end to the perfect day.
We have a variety of rooms to suit your guests' requirements executive suites, superior farmhouse, family rooms, standard double and twin rooms are available.
We do advise that you confirm your requirements as soon as possible and we will be happy to offer a special overnight accommodation rate to any of your guests wishing to stay with us. Above all, we are flexible and can discuss any requirements you may have in greater detail to ensure we take the stress out of organising your special day.
Why not extend your special day by having either a champagne breakfast the following day or a Sunday lunch with your friends and family in our restaurant - we would be delighted to make the necessary arrangements for you.
