  • Baked breast of chicken with thyme scented button onions and fondant potatoes in a red wine sauce

  • Crostini of goat's cheese grilled on sun-dried tomato croutes dressed with pesto
  • Roast sirloin of beef, roast potatoes and Madeira sauce

  • Carpaccio of smoked duck with an apple and celeriac remoulade and sherry dressing
