Restaurant and Bar at Etrop Grange Hotel, Manchester Airport
Etrop Grange Hotel has an excellent reputation for fine dining and a high level of service. As part of the refurbishment, The Coach House Restaurant has been remodelled and re-launched, following the appointment of head chef Marc Mattocks.
This AA rosette recognised restaurant is light and airy and newly decorated in a contemporary, yet classical style, suitable for business lunches and celebrations alike. With a new improved á la carte menu, you can be tempted by modern and international delicacies such as roast loin of venison with red cabbage, fondant potato and bitter chocolate sauce or local braised lamb, with potato galette and confit duck faggot.
The lounge bar offers a calm place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink or an after dinner nightcap.
Private dining facilities are also a speciality of Etrop Grange. Catering from 2 to 85 guests in a variety of rooms with character including the panelled Library and bright Conservatory, our staff will work with you to develop menus to suit the occasion and ensure the celebration is one to remember.
