Bedrooms

The hotel can offer a block booking of bedrooms to your guests at a discounted room rate of £89.00 single and £99.00 double, to include full English breakfast. This is subject to availability and terms and conditions of block bookings.

The Four Poster suites can be booked for the bride and groom at the rate of £120.00.

Booking Procedure

We will, subject to availability, hold any date provisionally for an initial period of 2 weeks, whilst you confirm your other arrangements. A verbal confirmation is then necessary to hold the booking for a further 14 days whilst your contract is sent to you. This must be returned 14 days after the contract has been dispatched, with a deposit of £250 which secures your booking. Full payment is required 28 days prior to the event.

Bar Hours

Last orders at the bar are at 11.00pm. Please also note that the Four Seasons bar (next to the Restaurant) is a public bar area and can be used by other hotel guests. On Sundays and Bank Holidays alternative licensing hours apply, please enquire for details.

Stationery

Completed place cards are required 1 day prior to the wedding, must be accompanied by a plan and placed in table order. Menus and table plan must also be delivered at this time.

Upgrades for Bride & Grooms Parents

We offer Champagne packages which include a bowl of fresh fruit, large bottle of still water and either a bottle of Champagne at £33.00 or half a bottle of Champagne at £21.50. This would be a lovely way to show your appreciation of their love and support throughout the planning of your special day.
Why not spoil both sets of parents for only £60.00 for two Champagne packages?
