The Greens Hotel is situated 5 minutes from the town centre of Kinross and within a one hour drive of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth, Dundee and St. Andrews. An 18th Century building and former coaching inn, recent refurbishment has included the modern bedrooms, all of which offer views of the gardens or the Courtyard overlooking the fountain.

Named after the Montgomery family, Basil's Restaurant has been awarded with one AA Rosette and the 'Eat Scotland' silver award. The restaurant has a contemporary style with splashes of colour from the art on the wall of the Kinross Estate. A table d'hôte menu includes chef specialities, with Angus Beef being the customer's favourite. Jock's Bar is named after the one-time local regiment offering a relaxed atmosphere and food cooked on the premises from Perthshire's finest ingredients.
