The Garden Suite

Located oppositethe main house, the Garden Suite overlooks a private garden with views across the East Common. Comfortably seating up to 110 guests for your wedding breakfast and 150 guests for an evening reception, your entire celebration can be held in this suite. Our Garden Suite has been elegantly furnished with modern fabrics and will lend appeal to most tastes and colour schemes.

The Georgian Restaurant

As part of the original Georgian building, the Restaurant still has the crystal chandeliers and hand painted Renaissance style ceiling typical of the era.

The main area of the restaurant can seat up to 40 guests, the Arches area up to 30 guests and combined 70 guests can enjoy your reception, making the Georgian Restaurant ideal for your wedding breakfast celebration.

Whichever room you choose you can be assured that you will receive the utmost in personal care and attention. Our complete selection of drinks, canapés and menus are available in either.

The Georgian restaurant can now cater for an evening reception following your wedding breakfast. Supplementary room hire charges will apply.

Wedding Ceremony

Why not actually hold your wedding ceremony at the hotel? Harpenden House Hotel holds a civil licence to enable you to hold your marriage ceremony and reception under one roof.
