With refurbishments updating all the meetings facilities, you can be confident that Highfield House Hotel will provide modern business services tailored to your individual needs to ensure your meetings and lunches are the success you need them to be.

A full refurbishment of our meeting rooms was completed in March 2007, updating the facilities offered in each. The three rooms are available for you to use individually or combined, depending on your specific requirements, with a maximum capacity of 150 theatre style in the Highfield Room. Situated alongside each other on the ground floor, they offer you ideal facilities for training courses. All are suitable for 20 delegates in boardroom set up, with the comfort of both natural daylight and air conditioning. The Romsey Room also offers a large flat screen TV.

Suitable for 50 guests, the newly refurbished Lymington Room is a light and airy, modern space suitable for informal lunches. The lounge alongside is ideal as a break-out area, or as meeting place to catch up with colleagues or clients over coffee, without having the chaos of city centre traffic or parking charges.
