Hall Garth Country Club

Hello and a warm welcome to you all. Having now been in my role as Country Club Manager for over 6 months, I would like to take this opportunity to tell you all how much I am enjoying the challenge.

It is most pleasing to hear that club members are benefiting from the investment which has been put into the club during the recent year. The gym is certainly proving popular and the classes which commenced late in November are being well supported.

As some of you may have noticed the Leisure Club has been re-named "Nine Greens Country Club"; a name which we feel is more in keeping with the new club facilities. During 2008 my goals are to ensure that the service provided is consistent with the new facilities. I will also strive to develop the Club Team in order to maximise the Club experience. Above all I will be happy if you all leave the club with a smile.

This year the Club Team will host numerous events with the intention of providing something for everyone. If you all try and participate in at least one event, be it fitness or socially orientated, I believe you will benefit.

Should there be little to whet your appetite then please let me know and I will do my utmost to rectify this situation. I sincerely hope that you will enjoy the forthcoming year at Nine Greens Country Club and I assure you that the Club Team will do everything possible to maximise your enjoyment.

I am delighted to have taken over as General Manager of The Hall Garth Hotel in April 2008.

In the 12 months prior to my appointment there have been great changes throughout the hotel as the building has been restored. I am now enjoying the challenge of driving our hotel team to give guests an experience which is befitting of the hotel.
