Les Mooney, 41, Club Manager. Previously managed Redworth Hall Health Club and was Group Leisure Manager with Scottish Highland Hotels who owned Redworth Hall.
Matt Connell, 25, Fitness Instructor. Started at The Hall Garth in 2002. Worked for Livingwell in Edinburgh before moving to Redworth Hall. Recently has realised the grass is not greener and is back where he belongs.
Donna Kelly, 25, Fitness Instructor. Previously worked at Redworth Hall and joins the team after a 7 year stint in the Royal Artillery. Her military circuit class is a must!
Paul Cross, 42, Instructor. Ex-professional footballer, Captained Darlington FC between 1993-1996. Recently a sports therapist for 10 years at Darlington Sports Injury Clinic.
Michelle Jefferies, 31, Fitness Instructor. Has joined the Club with 7 years experience gained at Springs Leisure, Teesside Park.

Children's Ruling
After considering feedback from many members in recent months we have decided to alter the hours in which under 16's can use the club. As of 1st December Under 16's will be allowed to use the club every day of the week up until 90 minutes before the club closes.Therefore, Monday to Thursday Under 16's will be allowed in the wet facilities until 8.30 p.m. and Friday to Sunday until 7.30 p.m.
I feel this compromise will ensure adults are guaranteed a 90 minute child free period every day. And good news for all families as children are now allowed access every day of the week after 7p.m.
