Every wedding is as individual as the next & we believe our beautifully modern suites are perfect for every occasion, with a smaller room for a more intimate event, or the larger room to share the day with everyone. We've got something for everyone.

The Willow Suite...
Our larger room is equipped with air-conditioning and benefits from natural daylight. With a crisp decorative finish the room can hold up to 75 people for a wedding breakfast, and up to120 for your evening function. This room has an adjoining suite, the Wroughton room, lending itself beautifully for your evening buffet. Your seating arrangements can be formal or informal - dining is stylish which ever you choose.

The Stratton Suite...
Ideal for that intimate party celebration with closest of friends and family. With its temperature controlled air systems, high levels of natural light and contemporary styling, this attractive room lends itself to the smaller party, catering for up to 30 people.

Civil Ceremonies...
The Madison Hotel holds a civil ceremony licence which gives us permission to hold ceremonies within the hotel.

If you swish to hold your ceremony at the hotel, you must contact the Superintendent Registrar for Swindon. Their contact details are below; this is to check the availability of the Registrars:

If they are not already committed they will be happy to take a booking from you. Once you have contacted the Superintendent Registrar and they are available on the dates which you wish to hold your ceremony, we will be happy to confirm the room is booked for the marriage ceremony. Please note that there will be a room hire charge of £250 to hold your ceremony within the hotel.

By law only the Superintendent Registrar can book your ceremony and without two Registrars your special day can not take place.

How to book...
To make you booking please call or arrange a meeting with our wedding co-ordinator.

A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to confirm your booking. The following payment schedule is applicable - a payment of a further 40% of the estimated revenue if required 3 months prior to the event, and the final balance is required 35 days prior to the event.

The hotel must be notified of final numbers no later than 3 weeks prior to your wedding day.
