The Central Meetings Team

Our central meetings team are just a telephone call away and will support you through the planning stages of your event. Each member of the team is trained to help you choose the right location and the right package in order to ensure you achieve the maximum return from your investment. We will:

• Provide a full quote within two hours (enquiries for up to three hotels)
• Be one point of contact for regular or mutli-hotel enquiries
• Automatically check all hotels in the area, should your preferred one be unavailable
• For large multi-hotel bookings, offer a Group wide discount
