Meetings and Events at
the Queensferry Hotel

The hotel has 8 meeting rooms to accommodate every size of meeting, whether it is a one to one meeting or a seminar for 200 delegates. We have meeting space suitable for conferences, training sessions, seminars and celebration dinners. The Caledonian Suite, with views all the way down the River Forth and across the Pentland Hills, can accommodate up to 200 delegates theatre style.

The Bridge Room benefits from modern décor, air conditioning, WIFI and its own private breakout lounge. This room accommodates 20 delegates boardroom style with a plasma screen for presentations.

The new purpose-built business centre incorporates The Forth Room for up to 12 delegates, The Fowler Room which can accommodate up to 30 delegates and The Baker Room for up to 20 delegates. Also available is the spacious Cochrane Suite with a bright conservatory and delegate rooms for the smaller meetings.
