Whilst overlooking the famous bridges, guests can relax and enjoy the surroundings of the elegant North Shore Restaurant. The style of cuisine is Scottish with a modern twist, specialising in fresh seafood and using fresh local produce. Accompanied by a wide selection of wines from around the world, you can be assured of a very pleasant dining experience. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and on Sundays, serves the famous North Shore Sunday Lunch all day.
A more informal atmosphere is offered by the Lounge, which opens from 9am to 5pm. Here snacks, tea and coffee, with homemade shortbread and scones are served daily.
Private dining is also available in the Turret Room off the main restaurant, in the Pentland Suite, seating up to 40, and in The Bridge Room.
