Balloon Festival - Bristol International Balloon Fiesta, 7-10th August 2008

Bristol's skyline will explode with colour when the Fiesta's mass ascents fill the sky with over 100 balloons. The gates of Ashton Court will open at 12 noon on Thursday 7th August and the visually spectacular balloon launches are planned for 6pm and then 6am and 6pm until the close on Sunday 10th August. Amazing night glows will be on display on Thursday 7th and Saturday 9th at 9.30pm. With a jam-packed arena entertainment schedule and a children's interactive area, 'Heaven', there is more than enough to see and do a the fiesta to keep the whole family entertained.
