Roman Way can offer you meetings, seminars, training sessions or interviews with five meeting rooms available, all with natural daylight.
Room Capacities at The Roman Way Hotel include the following:
- Hatherton has a capacity of 150 delegates in a theatre setting, in a boardroom setup for up to 40, u-shape for 40, lunch/dinner for 130 and up to 150 in a reception formation.
- Hatherton 1 offers theatre setup for 120, boardroom for 40, u-shape for 40 and for receptions can hold up to 100.
- Hatherton 2 hosts a theatre setup for up to 50, boardroom for 30, u-shape for 25 and a reception for as many as 60 delegates.
Further rooms are available for interviews, seminars and breakouts. Day Delegate and 24 hr Residential Packages are available.
We recognise that no two events are the same, but the dedication and commitment of our experienced staff will ensure you won't have to worry about a thing as we help you plan your event right down to the very last detail.
Although we have a range of rooms full of character, each meeting and event room has the same features:
- High-speed internet access
- Flip Chart and pens
- Stationery box
- Speaker phone
- Data projector
We even have our own preferred suppliers for all Audio Visual requirements, including set
design and sound systems.
Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked with each room set up and available 30 minutes before your meeting or event. When you arrive at the hotel, your dedicated member of staff - available all day long - will meet you to run through all the details. They'll confirm
what's been booked and organise any last minute changes or additional requirements. Then it's the simple things like agreeing the preferred method of communicating of any messages on the day.
