The Wedding Ceremony
Tewkesbury Park holds a Civil Wedding Ceremony licence and you may find it more convenient and relaxing to hold both your marriage ceremony and reception under the one roof. Our licence allows us to hold the ceremony in three of our suites and we can accommodate up to 100 guests at the ceremony.
Half Charter Suite accommodates up to 50 guests
The Charter Suite accommodates up to 100 guests
The Malvern Room accommodates up to 50 guests
The Gloucester Room accommodates up to 30 guests
The registrar is available seven days a week, including Bank Holidays with the latest ceremony time being 5.00 pm, and arrangements can be made up to 12 months in advance.
Clients must contact the registrar direct to book the service. The hotel takes no responsibility for booking the registrar.
Tewkesbury Park has banqueting suites suitable for a variety of wedding celebrations, from the more intimate parties of 10, to the larger reception for up to 140 people in the Charter Suite and 150 in the Marquee.
Whatever the size and style of your event, our Wedding Co-ordinator can help you choose the suite that is right for you. And rest assured, you will receive the same care and attention to detail whatever the size of your event.

The Charter Suite is a spacious room elegantly decorated in classic creams and gold's. This room ideally suited to large parties, can comfortably accommodate up to 140 people by day, and 180 people in the evening. For smaller parties the Charter can be divided into two still upholding its elegance and style.
The Marquee is light, bright and cheerful offering the ideal setting for your daytime or evening Wedding Reception with panoramic views of the Gloucestershire countryside. The perfect location for receptions of 80 - 150 guests.
The Gloucester Room is a Victorian bay-windowed suite suitable for private dining and drinks receptions, it is cosy and intimate and provides the ideal ambience for between 15 and 20 of your closest family and friends.
