The Waterloo Hotel offers air-conditioned conference and meeting facilities with natural daylight, in both the Crowthorne and Picton Rooms. Each room has ample power points, ISDN and phone points. These first floor rooms can accommodate up to 50 guests theatre style in the Crowthorne Suite. New facilities include state of the art LCD projection in each room.With new carpet, furniture and decoration, you have a modern and contemporary venue to impress both clients and colleagues alike.

We recognise that no two events are the same, but the dedication and commitment of our experienced staff will ensure you won't have to worry about a thing as we help you plan your event right down to the very last detail.

Although we have a range of rooms full of character, each meeting and event room has the same features:

- Speaker phone
- Data projector

We even have our own preferred suppliers for all Audio Visual requirements, including set design and sound systems.

Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked with each room set up and available 30 minutes before your meeting or event. When you arrive at the hotel, your dedicated member of staff - available all day long - will meet you to run through all the details. They'll confirm what's been booked and organise any last minute changes or additional requirements. Then it's the simple things like agreeing the preferred method of communicating of any messages on the day.
