The Grove Brasserie and Bar at The Waterloo Hotel, Bracknell/Ascot/Windsor

The Grove Brasserie and Bar offers you a relaxed all day dining from 10am through to 9.45pm. Enjoy a wide selection of modern contemporary dishes using fresh local ingredients where possible. Open for a la carte dining, Sunday lunch, bar meals, coffee and afternoon snacks.

In the summer months, dine and drink al-fresco on our Terrace, whilst in the winter, come in from the cold and cosy up to our roaring log fires.

Start your indulgence with starters including:

• Traditional homemade fishcakes, mixed leaves, sweet chilli sauce
• Salmon and watercress roulade, citrus dill dressing
• Homemade chicken live pate, red onion marmalade and onion bread
• Smoked chicken roasted pepper tian, with herb croute

The main event includes:

• Grilled seabass, new potatoes, green beans, tomato and mango salsa
• 170g Rib eye steak served with caesar salad and homemade chips
• Supreme chicken kiev, saute potatoes, garden peas
• Confit of prok belly, herb mash, seasonal vegetables, apple sage sauce

To finish:

• Warm chocolate brownie, chocolate sauce
• Raspberry pavlova, raspberry coulis
• Rhubarb crumble, custard
• Summer pudding, clotted cream
