Shopping is well catered for, with a wide range of well known high street chains, as well as local markets and unusual individual shops amongst stylish bars and cafes.

A short drive away, take in the fresh air and open spaces of Rutland Water, a large man-made lake offering sailing, windsurfing and regular boat trips throughout the summer. For a different day out, visit the majestic Belvoir Castle where medieval jousting festivals are often held, East Midlands Deer Park or Twycross Zoo.
