The Westmead Hotel has banqueting suites suitable for a variety of wedding celebrations, from the more intimate parties right up to the larger wedding breakfasts and receptions. Whatever the size and style of your event, our dedicated wedding co ordinator can help and advice you on the suite that is right for you, and rest assured, you will receive the same care and attention to detail whatever the size of your event.
Whether your wedding reception is a small intimate occasion or a large traditional gathering, we have years of experience in organizing traditional ceremonies and receptions through to modern themed occasions.
If you have dreamt of a traditional wedding, from the toast master to a formal wedding breakfast and evening buffet, our modern and self contained Southan Suite is an ideal venue and will provide the ideal setting.
If you are one of the growing couples who are deciding to marry abroad but still want to share your celebrations with your family and friends when you return, or if you are looking for an informal celebration, we have introduced a new specially designed choice of themed menus for you. So if you have married abroad we can host an evening reception to reflect your special day.
We understand that just as every couple is unique so is every ceremony. We are able to offer many options for your ceremony to ensure that it is truly personal to you both.
The hotel is pleased to recommend one of our resident DJs and discos. We can also provide you with a tribute act and live bands. Please ask our Wedding Co-ordinator for details and pricing. However if you do wish to supply the entertainment yourself we will need to see suitable certification of all electrical equipment that will be used during the event and a copy of their Public Liability Insurance, so as to comply with health and safety regulations.
