A flexible venue for meetings and events, The Yorkshire Hotel offers you a total of five function rooms suitable for interviews, training, conferences, exhibitions and private dining. All rooms have wireless internet connection and AV can be supplied as required.

Rooftops on the 5th floor commands a wonderful position with views over Harrogate and the surrounding Yorkshire Dales. It is self-contained with its own private facilities, bar/lounge and meeting/function room. Rooftops is an impressive venue for up to 120 delegates for a theatre style conference, 100 guests for a private dinner, or 150 for an evening reception. Rooftops can also provide an impressive setting for a boardroom meeting for 20 and over, and is also an ideal venue for training, offering lots of natural daylight and stunning views over Harrogate.

The Boardroom, overlooking the gardens at the front of the hotel, is an ideal for board meetings of up to 15 delegates. For smaller celebration events, we can offer you the Carnaervon Suite, a traditional oak panelled room on the first floor with a relaxed and welcoming feel.

We recognise that no two events are the same, but the dedication and commitment of our experienced staff will ensure you won't have to worry about a thing as we help you plan your event right down to the very last detail.

Although we have a range of rooms full of character, each meeting and event room has the same features:
- Free WiFi throughout
- Flip Chart and pens
- Stationery box

We even have our own preferred suppliers for all Audio Visual requirements, including set design and sound systems.

Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked with each room set up and available 30 minutes before your meeting or event. When you arrive at the hotel, your dedicated member of staff - available all day long - will meet you to run through all the details. They'll confirm what's been booked and organise any last minute changes or additional requirements. Then it's the simple things like agreeing the preferred method of communicating of any messages on the day.

Meetings 'Buy the Hour'

The perfect solution for short business get-togethers.
£42.95 inc VAT for the first two hours (includes tea, coffee & biscuits )
£15.00 inc VAT for each hour (or part) thereafter

Only applicable for up to 10 delegates and bookable up to one week prior for maximum 4 hours in total. In addition to the room hire and refreshments the rate also includes Free Wi Fi.
