The Yorkshire Hotel, Harrogate
A flexible venue for meetings and events, The Yorkshire Hotel offers you a total of five function rooms suitable for interviews, training, conferences, exhibitions and private dining. All rooms have wireless internet connection and AV can be supplied as required.
Rooftops on the 5th floor commands wonderful views over Harrogate and is an impressive venue for up to 120 delegates for a theatre style conference, 100 guests for private dining or 150 for an evening reception. Rooftops can also provide an impressive setting for a boardroom meeting for 20 and over, with stunning views over Harrogate.For smaller celebration events, we can offer you the Carnaevron Suite, a traditional oak panelled room on the first floor with a relaxed and welcoming feel.
We recognise that no two events are the same, but the dedication and commitment of our experienced staff will ensure you won't have to worry about a thing as we help you plan your event right down to the very last detail.
Although we have a range of rooms full of character, each meeting and event room has the same features:

- Stationery box
- Speaker phone
- Data projector
We even have our own preferred suppliers for all Audio Visual requirements, including set design and sound systems.
Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked with each room set up and available 30 minutes before your meeting or event. When you arrive at the hotel, your dedicated member of staff - available all day long - will meet you to run through all the details. They'll confirm what's been booked and organise any last minute changes or additional requirements. Then it's the simple things like agreeing the preferred method of communicating of any messages on the day.
