Cancellation Policy

Reservation requires full prepayment. It is non-cancellable, non-refundable and no changes allowed. Your credit card will be charge 100% of the total room cost upon making reservations.

Additional Policy

An additional Osaka City Accommodation Tax will be applied per person per night. Room rate below 5,000JPY: Free; 5,000 to 14,999JPY: 200JPY;15,000JPY to 19,999JPY: 400JPY and 20,000JPY above: 500JPY. To be paid by guests directly at hotel.

Child Policy

• Up to one child per room, infants and toddlers, who are below 6 years, accompanied by adult, dine and stay in existing bedding or a baby cot with our compliments. Baby cots are subject to availability
• Infants under 6 years of age who sleep with their parents stay free of charge. No children extra beds. Breakfast is free of charge
